The African Journal of International Arbitration is a bi-annual peer reviewed Journal and an African-wide forum for discussing the most important current issues on International Commercial, Investment, Construction, Energy, and Maritime Arbitration and other International Arbitration related matters.
The Journal provides a forum for a scholarly and engaging discourse on pressing international arbitration issues especially as they relate to Africa. The Afrocentric element of this Journal makes it unique and distinct.
